This page sets out what happens to the information you give us through this website. Kept short: we use it to answer your enquiry and to pass your request to one licensed contractor for a quote, we share it with no one else, and we do not sell it.

The information we hold

We hold only what you choose to send. From the request form that is your name and phone number, and, where you add them, your email address, the community or street of the project, and a description of the work. The email and address fields are optional. If you call or text instead, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation. We do not gather anything about you from other sources.

What we do with it

• Reply to you and pass your request to a licensed contractor for a rendering and a written price.
• Arrange and carry out a site visit, and where a property is gated, coordinate the access clearance the community requires.
• Plan and complete the work once you have accepted a written quote.
• Follow up about your project if you have asked us to.

Nothing you send goes into unrelated marketing, and none of it is rented, sold, or traded.

How the form actually works

The request form does not go through an outside form provider or a marketing platform. When you submit it, the details post to a function running on this site's own domain, at /api/lead, which is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. That function formats your message and delivers it to us by email. Cloudflare processes the request to route it, in the same way any web host handles traffic. A single hidden field on the form filters automated spam, and it does not track you or place a cookie. Because the whole path stays on our own domain, your details are never handed to a third-party service to collect on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we are working with you, and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records, then we remove it. If you would like it removed sooner, tell us and we will.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not run advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you. If we later add simple, privacy-respecting visitor measurement, we will describe it here and say what is counted. We do not place third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to have us stop contacting you. A call, a text, or an email is enough, and we will act on it.
